Terms of Service

  • Upfront payment. (You can send 50% of the price before the sketch, and the rest before I deliver the final product; you can also send the payment in full.)

  • The commission cannot be canceled once payment has been made (You cannot withdraw unless I am unable to initiate your commission. And if I am unable to initiate your commission, I will contact you as soon as possible).

  • Please give a clear, full reference. No blurry photo. (I can't interpret a blurry photo, so make it as clear as possible.)

  • If the sketch has been approved and you wish to make changes, I can only provide three revisions at the line art stage. An additional $3 (₱50 for local) is charged for any subsequent changes. (There will be no major changes once I get to the coloring stage. ALWAYS PROVIDE REFERENCES AND COLOR PALETTES.)

  • Please be patient, as a progress check will only be available every two days! However, if I have time, I can take the initiative to update.

  • The commission turnaround time ranges from 4 working days to 2 weeks, or 1-2 months, depending on the type of commission; additional fees will apply if a rush deadline is requested.

  • I have the right to reject the commission as well, if I feel I couldn't do it or other reasons.

  • All of my artwork will be made public and displayed as part of my portfolio. Private requests will incur an additional fee of %25 of the original price.

  • Commercial commission requires an additional payment, so do for merchandise.

MY RIGHTS
1. All rights to the commissioned artwork are retained by me, the artist.
2. Unless otherwise specified, I, the artist, maintain the right to share commissioned artwork online.
3. The artwork must be credited to me, the artist.YOUR RIGHTS
1. The commissioned artwork can be uploaded online by you, the customer.
2. DO NOT resell the commissioned artwork.
3. DO NOT alter without my consent.
4. DO NOT claim exclusive ownership of the artwork!
